Wabyanko

In this Painting named < Contemporary Artist >, Wabyanko wants to show us the vision of one Contemporary Artist working on his painting. The Artist here has a green face, we can imagine that he is a sort of merging of Shrek and a face coming from one of Pablo Picasso drawing. He is fixing on a white page his own vision of this tree on the top of a small ill. The result seems to be quiet different coming from his very creative imagination represented by the colored rainbow.

The painting named <RGB, Red Green Blue> was created by Wabyanko in 2013. By creating this painting, Wabyanko remind us and merged some ideas previously developped in other Artworks <China Red and  Green> and  < Blessing Gangnam Style>.

TENNIS, cow playing tennis ! and a man with an umbrella..

Bloody Ice land, so cold place...

Indochine, J'ai demandé à la lune....

The painting named <Red and Green> was created by Wabyanko in 2013. By creating this painting, Wabyanko managed to show us a big picture of the past and the present of China, which gives us an opportunity to think about China's tomorrow. What easily draws our attention in this painting is the smart arrangement of colors, on left-hand side, it represents China's yesterday: Green men with their red books in the hands; while on right-hand side, it represents China's today: Red men with their green notes i.e. bill of money in the hands. In the centre of his painting, Wabyanko pays a lot of attention on centralising all the detailed symbols of China in a pleasant artistic way: the panda, the dragon, the well-known Skyscrapers, the clouds of millions of modern buildings, Chinese temples and the pollution of automobiles. We can tell that this piece of work is very successful with its deep thoughts and unique perspective on China. We can't help asking - what will China...

Can we dream that the war is only using paper's guns...

Related to Hiroshima events, do you know the legend of Sadako'Cranes?

A crow starring at us after the nuclear disaster of Hiroshima, the red river is the symbol of all the victim's blood, green colors showing that times is now for peace, as peacefull as Natural life....

By this painting Wabyanko is activating our thoughts about Hiroshima event as in dream or may be more a nightmare, showing the big cloud coming from explosion, the cranes flying, the victims....

Love source in desert...

Wabyanko wants to represent the Great Wall of China as a dragon flying on the top of the Mountain.

This painting is named <Blessing & Gangnam Style>. In this painting, we can easily get the typical sens of humor of Wabyanko. With a super powerful hi-fi, the popularity of Gangnam Style reaches everywhere on this planet. By drawing the family of Barbapapa on the TV and a long thin loaf of French bread "Baguette" above the television, Wabyanko indicates us that Gangnam now gains its  popularity in all franco-americain countries. If you take a close look on this painting, you will spot effortlessly the Chinese caracter "福", which means Blessing. Could it be said that PSY has been blessed to achieve such a colossal success? The tree on the left carries all the memories of life which is surrounded by those flying photos. On the right, the cartoons caracters enjoy dancing Gangnam Style with PSY with full of joys !

We may imagine a field of aligned stones as in Brittany in Carnac or aligned tomb as in Military cemetary in Normandy. But by this drawing Wabyanko wants to show fragility and stupidity of Humans, as represented by eggs still queuing all together to a no end destination.

This painting is named <iPhone era>. In this painting, Wabyanko rewrote the story of Adam and Eve. Instead of eating the apple that is forbidden, they have adapted to our current society and live a materialistic life. Those who are in red holding "Green Notes" are crazy about the "Apple Phone".Everyone lives in his own telecommunication world and ignores all the others. It's sad to see that Adam and Eve are addicted to their own high-tech smart mobile phone instead of enjoying their daily life in the holy garden, isn't it? Maybe the snake is the happiest one in the garden now???

The painting named <McDonald's Crisis> was created by Wabyanko in 2013. Following his successful painting <Blessing Gangnam Style>, Wabyanko continues to put his effort into expressing himself towards  certain abnormal phenomena. After traveling different countries, Wabyanko found that McDonald was a remarkable fast-food restaurant worldwide in the manner of it's operating style and localised menu. However, <McDonald's Crisis> shows us his great disappointment at the quality and the taste of French McDonald. Apart from its laid-back service, the distance between the HUGE burger in the advertisement and the MINI burger in reality becomes surprisingly enormous. Sometimes we easily find those advertisements funny but annoying in terms of the misleading message it brings along. The publicity of the new specialty of McDonald's - "McBacon Burger" successfully seduces its fans in France, but also creates a lot of complaints due to its supe...
